The Metropolitan Municipality of Kayseri has become a metropolitan city on 14 December 1988. Today, it provides service with 16 different district municipalities and 10 companies. The concept design of the Alemdar Business Center aims to built a modern business center which is coherent with histrorical surroundings , by demolishing of the existing stuctures near of the Historical Kayseri Castle.
